Since I met the blockchain world, it has been a year. Mostly finance things. I planned to create a new product to provide DEFI functionality to the token exchange GDAC.

But that plan was uncertain what I planned. My goal was to be launched in 2023, and I could see the outcomes of the new product.

I learned the complexity of the exchange product and that we could not support all the technical capacity of my team. I knew the limitation of expectation measurement, but it was not enough as I was concerned.

One of the most significant faults is the implementation method of the whole system. I knew we didn’t have enough chance to overcome that situation, but also, the decision could not be correct that we didn’t cover the wrong system problem.

However, the Past is past.

Anyway, we achieved to build the world’s first new product that fully supports DEFI, which exchange-owned wallets can handle. It was challenging, and I sometimes regretted I chose the way to build a straight approach. But we could do it.

Next year, I still not sure how we can be better than last year, and it is my new mission to figure out what is the point of what we can do better.

Expecting and hoping are all of my power to be trying to do moreover what I did before. My theme for 2024 is to make me know how I keep having the habit of overcoming my weak points and the team’s weaknesses.
